The hoist has been listed as New (Other) because the packaging was damaged during transit and as a result, the hoist sustained a number of cosmetic dings and scratches. Most notably, the main power cable has become loose because the plastic attaching bolt has cracked (see last photo). This does not however affect functionality of the hoist.
